Nsinde Echo Museum Tourism and Resource Centre which was established to educate the native citizens on the importance of conserving environment promoting echo friendly local Tourism in Mwenge central, Kyarusozi sub county, Kyenjojo district, Rwenzori region, Uganda, East Africa, carrying out echo tourism as a growing ecological footprint which is part of evolution in smart agriculture and climate change evolution. Nsinde Echo Museum Tourism and Resource Centre mobilizes citizens for sustainable solutions to strengthen their adaptation capacity and protect heritage hence resilience and development. Nsinde Echo Museum Tourism and Resource Centre mission is to inspire and engage families in the joy of scientific discovery, wonder of nature, and care of River Rwamaswajwa and Muzizi River ranges tributaries of River Mpanga alongside Kagoora Central Forest reserve.
Nsinde Echo Museum Tourism and Resource Centre inspires and engages families in the joy of scientific discovery, wonder of nature, and care of River Rwamaswajwa and Muzizi River ranges tributaries of River Mpanga alongside Kagoora Central Forest reserve. Nsinde Echo Museum Tourism and Resource Centre currently targets more than 10,000 visitors annually into Nsinde village in Kyarusozi sub county with Village solar Market place, Fish ponds, reptiles and amphibians, Cultural exhibitions and traditional music, dance and drama shows, space for camping ‘’Ekyoto’’ for Mwenge Tooro culture learning interactive space; local people gardens, farms, tea plantations in neighborhood, bird watching, forest walk. Nsinde Echo Museum Tourism and Resource Centre. Encourages visitors to view the natural environment as part of their neighborhood and to explore, learn about and consider opportunities for stewardship.
This work is dedicated team of local women and young men, volunteers and interns who serve targeting more than 10,000 visitors per year and more 45 community partners. This is one of the villages SRHR and Business club which conducts conservation activities founded with technical support of Western Uganda FBO Network. Nsinde Echo Museum Tourism and Resource Centre is a home of Western Uganda FBO Network working with consortium of public and academic engagements in science; Kagoora Central Forest reserve Program; The alliance envisions of setting up an ecosystem science laboratory and research vessel in Nsinde village, Kyenjojo district Uganda. The organization owns land for the echo-museum and the project is expanding with conservation work going on.
